May be I need to calibarate my monitor. :|

For now, I will manipulate the contrast/brightness and repost. :)

Oh I see it now. The pic wasn't loading at all when I checked earlier 8) Might have been your host or a burp in my connection hehe. Looks good so far. Only critique I have is to move the eye that closest to the viewer closer to the nose to match the angle of the face better.

I always do that too and sometimes I don't notice it till I finish the pic and have to move all the details which sucks lol. So fix it before you add any more. ^_^
